Withdrawal, refunds and complaints
What you are buying
A Giftaweb order is for a personalised one-page website creation service. The gift card code is delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Electronic delivery of the code does not mean that the website creation service has been fully performed.
Withdrawal and starting the service
Consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal to the extent provided by applicable law. You may ask us to begin creating the website during the 14-day withdrawal period by giving a separate confirmation in the redemption form. If you make that request and subsequently withdraw, we may deduct only the reasonable value of work actually completed by that time.
Content that cannot be published
If submitted content cannot legally or technically be published, we will ask you to provide a suitable replacement. If no replacement is provided and the service is terminated, we will refund the amount paid, less only the reasonable value of work already completed.
Service defects and complaints
If the completed website does not meet the agreed requirements, please contact veeb@navik.ee. We will correct defects caused by us free of charge within a reasonable time. These terms do not limit any statutory consumer rights.
