Delivery

1. What you receive and when

1. PDF gift card — sent by email immediately after payment is received (within 1–5 minutes for an online bank or card payment; on the next business day for a bank transfer).
2. First website draft — within 5 business days after the form is fully submitted (not after purchase). Publication follows the revision rounds, 7–10 business days in total.
3. Domain and hosting — the domain is registered in the recipient's name and hosting is activated; both are included for one year.

2. Maximum delivery times

• PDF gift card: within five minutes of an online bank or card payment; within one business day of receipt of a bank transfer.
• First website draft: 5 business days after the recipient's form is submitted (with all required information, including logo).
• Website publication: 7–10 business days (depending on customer feedback during the 2 revision rounds). Business days exclude weekends and Estonian public holidays.
• Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand, such as before Mother's Day or Christmas. We will notify the Customer without delay.

3. Delivery costs

All costs are included in the €99 package. There are no additional fees.

• PDF gift card delivery by email — free
• Website development and publication — included in the base price
• Domain registration for one year — included in the base price
• Web hosting for one year — included in the base price
• SSL certificate (HTTPS) — automatic, included in the base price

4. How the form works

Note: if the submitted content cannot be published (e.g. copyright infringement — see terms §6.2–6.3) and no replacement is provided, we refund the amount paid, less the reasonable value of work already completed.

1. After payment, the buyer receives the PDF gift card with a code and a management link.
2. The buyer forwards the gift card to the recipient (printed, emailed, or shown on screen).
3. The recipient visits giftaweb.com/en/redeem, enters the code and completes the form in about 20–30 minutes.
4. The delivery period begins once the form has been fully submitted with the logo, images and text. If anything is missing, we will contact you; the period does not begin until we have received everything required.

Note: the gift card remains valid for one year. If the recipient has not redeemed it after six months, we send them an automatic reminder.

5. Issues with delivery?

If:

• The PDF gift card does not arrive within 10 minutes of an online bank or card payment
• The first website draft does not arrive within 5 business days of form submission
• The domain remains unregistered
